[Icom] AH-2 Control Sidecar

I've been looking through ham items that are surplus to my needs in
preparation for the upcoming Stanwood, WA swap meet  and found the sidecar
used to interface a 735 with an AH-2 tuner.  I know that this same sidecar
also works with a 745.

I'm interested in opinions on what the sidecar might sell for as well as
knowing if the sidecar would interface the 735/745's to the newer AH-3 and
AH-4 tuners.
