[Icom] Power button needed for the IC-21A external VFO

I'm refurbishing a nice old two meter radio - the Icom IC-21A. It also 
possesses the big external VFO. Some minor bits and pieces were missing so I 
picked up another '21/VFO combination as spare parts.

Murphy decided to take a hand in the matter and ensured that neither the 
original VFO nor the the spare VFO should have a complete power switch - in 
both cases the keycap/cover is missing. 

Would anyone on the list happen to have such a part available that I could buy 
from them?
