[Icom] Battery eliminator for IC-V8

Unfortunately, I don't see that option available for the IC-V8. 
No 13.8vdc input jack and no OEM battery eliminator. I suppose I 
could homebrew one in a BP-208 battery case, but that's $18 from 
AES and the  battery eliminator is $29. That leaves $11 for the 
electronics and connectors and labor.
