I've been using one with my IC-706 Mk IIG when mobile for about 5 months
now - I love it and have had nothing but great audio reports.  My only
wish is that it had a locking PTT - my thumb aches when rag-chewing!

I have a Heil Pro headset with HC-5 insert that I use at home and get
great reports about that, too.
