[Icom] Heil headphone/mike adapter

The adapters for the Heil headphone/mike sets are color coded for different
manufacturer of rigs. I need to know the color code for Icom rigs. I have an
adapter color coded red but I am having some trouble using it. Strange
problem. When the scope is on, the VOX clicks on and off, once activated.
Turn the scope off and it works fine.
