[Icom] Cap Question

Hi,
Barrier caps are good for high temp situation like when soldering.
Google search will give you some clue.  If it is in the PA compartment,
voltage rating maybe a concern depending where it is in the circuit.
PIN diode,  I bought  100 pieces at Active electronics when I did my 765 
mod.
Unless you work top band(160/80m), nothing much to gain.
