[Icom] Icom 02AT Question Help

I can get to the internal battery of my O2AT but how do you replace it and 
does Radio Shack stock a replacement?
The battery does not snap in and out of a holder.
It seems to be soldered in place. Is it? Or, is there a trick to get it out?
Please give me the best way to take it out before I try on my own and screw 
things up.
Also, when replacing battery is there a holder that can be subbed or, do I 
have to solder it.
