[Icom] IC-706MIIG Phone Jack

I have the external speaker jack go to a switch box which switches between
an external speaker and headphones. That causes too much gain in the
headphones. I would like to know the size and placement of the resistors
that Icom uses to reduce the audio gain at the headphone jack. I don't have
a schematic for the rig. Can someone help me? Thanks and God bless.
