Please check this site, you will fond the info on EH antennas they do sell 
these in Europe with great results and they have the 20 mm and 40 mm low 
power versions now on sale and soon will have the 40meter 1.5 kW power 
version out this fall, also you will find complete instruction on building 
this antenna.
