I would like to personally thank Harry WE1X for helping me figure out what I was doing wrong.  He told me to personally call him and he took some time to walk me through it.  I had the rig on while doing this, and found that it had to be off.  Also I needed to "reset" the PW-1 prior to doing this.  Hats off to Harry, Adam, and this reflector for all the help....Steve W9SN
