[Icom] IC-275h need help

I am working on the PA stage of an IC 275H and have need to replace the =
monolithic chip capacitors in the tank circuit and the ceramic output =
coupling capacitor. My problem is that Icom can't supply them and can't =
tell me the voltage rating either.  Can anyone help with a voltage =
rating and possibly a source.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
