This is the address of the ARRL RFI guy. You should contact the power
company. They should investigate the problem within a few days. If not
contact the above fellow.

You need to log the noise and keep a record of it to show the power co.

I finally got the power compay here to take it seriously and now they are
out within  a day or two to find the problem.
