[Icom] Amp switching interface?

Harback Electronics has a "soft key" switch assembly for 
Drake, Collins, Heathkit amplifiers.  They also have 
a "generic interface" for other older linear amplifiers 
to convert these to lower keying voltages and currents 
preferred by modern solid state transceivers.
