After hearing what the person who visited the street address had to say,
and examining the webpage, it may be a joke of some kind. Or some
kids doing a fun thing for Marketing 102 or Sales Physiology 101. No real
crook I know of is going to expect people to deal with him when he's
so well hidden. I doubt if this whole thing is real.
