Adam
Glad you like the idea and decided to add it to your wonderful site. But, I
can't claim credit for it. Someone else suggested it on a reflector (can't
recall which one) and I merely tried it out and found it quite effective.
So, I've used it ever since.

Hi Jim,

Many thanks for the new procedure. I like it! I tried it on my IC-756Pro2,
and it is very effective.

I have added your procedure to the "Note on CW netting", with due
acknowledgement. I re-worded the text somewhat for consistency with the rest
of the paragraph. <http://www.qsl.net/ab4oj/icom/ic756pro_notes.html#NET>

Cheers for now, 73,

Adam
I have used all the CW zero beat methods described on your site. But, for
me the most accurate one for the 756PRO2 is not described on your site (or
else I missed it somehow).

The 756PRO2 method I have in mind is the one that involves holding down the
"CW/RTTY" button long enough to switch to "CW-R" and verify the tone is the
same (or adjust the frequency if the tone is different). Then, switch back
to "CW" normal.

If I missed that on your web site, I apologize. If it is not there, perhaps
it might be worth adding.
