[Icom] Better RF Module

I have one Better RF Co. module up for offers. This is the little gizmo that
plus in the back of an Icom 706 on the molex connector and provides a 10
watt signal for tuning. Originally for screwdriver antennas but should work
for providing a tuning signal for any manual tuner.
