[Icom] PW-1, 756pro, 738 problems.FIXED!! thanks...

There are no dumb questons, just stupid replies.  The person may be alittle 
lazy (myself included) or unable to find the answer (again me), but the 
question is not dumb.  It is a good viable answer.  The response is 
something else again.
