[Icom] fs CT-16 satellite interface

Cleaning up my ham shack and stumbled across in the original box with
documentation CT-16 satellite interface. I am looking for some of the
options for newly acquired IC-745 transceiver as follows
1) optional cw filters such as FL-45, FL-54, FL-52A and FL-53A
2) IC-EX241 marker generator
3) IC-EX-243 electronic keyer
4) IC-PS 35 internally mounted switching power supply.
    I would take Inrad optional cw filters suitable for both the 9.0115 mhz
high I F or the 455 khz I F.
