[Icom] IC-207H transmit problem suggestions sought

I have had a 207H that has had a blown UHF transmit module. I've been using
it on 2 meters for quite a while with no problems. Recently, when I key the
radio on high power, it stays keyed. Works OK on all lower power levels.
Before I dig in, has anyone experienced this and what was the cause? Guess
its time to replace the UHF module while I am in there, and I will check and
replace any bad switching diodes. --Mike, WV2ZOW
