You might check that the power going to the AH-4 during its attempt
to tune is greater than 5 watts, but not more than 10 watts.  If it's
outside these limits, adjust the manual power control for about 8 watts
and try again.  That is controlled by the transceiver using the ALC
lead.  Also, put a dummy load on the output of the AH-4 and try again.
Then, check every connection.   I don't know how you'd clean the relays
in the AH-4.  The are sealed.        73    Clete
