[Icom] External PS for 765

Is your 765 running hot? I've seen comments from others about that, but
mine runs pretty cool all the time. I still have the speaker in place,
contrary to recommendations for improved cooling. I wonder if the caps in
the internal power supply develop leakage over time and cause the sealed
power supply to run hotter.
