[Icom] PW-1 observation

I can't speak to you current problem, but don't let it run out of warrantee. I 
just had mine repaired after a lightning hit. Both of the switching power 
supplies had to be replaced. The cost was $2200.00. My home owners insurance 
paid most of the cost.

 I wasn�t able to stand without help for several hours after learning of the 
cost of the repair.
