[Icom] Pro II bandwith xmit

Take a look at

for the results of some measurements I made of occupied transmit bandwidth
for the original PRO. I doubt very much that the PRO II differs
significantly.

In comparing the PRO with the 870, be careful to compare apples and apples.
I measured the band limits at the -3 dB, -6 dB and -13 dB points on the
transmit r-f spectrum. I would question whether the 870 can transmit to
zero frequency with any usable amount of power.
