[Icom] IC-765 PBT and sidetone mods

I recently acquired a virgin 765 (i.e. no mods). After playing with it for
the past 10 days, tonight I put in the PBT mod as well as the sidetone (no
parts added) mod, and I am pleased as punch after playing with the rig for
the last hour or so.

Now the sidetone tracks the pitch control and it can be shut off with the
MONITOR button and the narrow filters in the 9 MHz IF work with the PBT mod.
