[Icom] Opinions re: HF Verticals?

Try the Cushcraft R-8000.  No radials are needed and it works from 40-6 
meters.  I have had the R-7000 for some time now.  The bugs in the R-7000 
seem to have been worked out.  I have to be careful about raising pwr too 
fast  from 150 to to get to 1000 plus watts but that problem is not there on 
the R-8000.  It is low profile and works well for dx and it is off the ground 
protecting people from touching it.
