i put 6 computer CPU fan across the top back grill of the IC 781 
now i put one fan forcing air in and one out one in one out and so on 
well it is working very well i connect them all 6 with glue 
one i connect the fan to the grill with x2 hook type sort of 
plastic but very strong indeed
when i switch up radio the fan working and keep it nice and cool.
i found this fan to be very nice looking as well
