[Icom] ICOM Warranty Repair

I seem to recall that you are using an SWR bridge between the rig and 
the antenna and the coax you keep changing is the one between the rig 
and the SWR meter. Is this true? If so, have you tried connecting the 
antenna directly to the rig, eliminating both the coax jumper from the 
rig to the SWR bridge and the SWR bridge itself? Just checking.
