[Icom] IC706 power connector

Thanks for all your help.

The dealers in the UK only stock the full cable kits
at �17.00 ($25). Icom UK did not recognise the part numbers
provided for the plug and pins as spares. They did identify
the plug as a spare, but are currently out of stock. However
they found a short (scrap) cable end with the plug attached,
which was exactly what I needed. This they shipped FOC.
