I don't how small you need, but Daiwa makes some that are not too big.  I
have a CN-101.

A bit off topic but someone mentioned they used a cross-needle SWR meter in
their vehicle with the MKIIG.  Does anyone make one that is small enough to
use in a vehicle?  The MFJ ones are way too big.
