I apologize.  My message regarding this problem was supposed to be an 
announcement, not a topic of conversation.  So far all comments have been 
about the players, not the problem, so before things get any worse I am 
closing this Topic.  The problem still exists, however, so those of you who 
are affected are asked to please contact your Juno or Hotmail representatives.
