[Icom] 765 trimmer repair page photos

I've *finally* updated the 765 trimmer page to include photos of the
procedure.  Apologies for the 100k jpegs,  but I felt it was neccesary
to have decent resolution,  and nowdays with dsl, cable, etc... it's probably
not so bothersome.
