top cabinet, UT-36 voice synthesizer, and battery installed by Icom in
Bellevue, WA Febv. 2002. Receiver aligned at same time. Unit looks and
works perfectly and has all factory updates.  Comes with original
operator and service manuals, PLUS excellent copies of each, AND
