[Icom] 746PRO no fm modulation

does it work on cw, SSB and AM on 2 meters?  I assume you ment 2.   Do 
you receive on 2 meters?  Does it work on 10 and 6 meter FM receive and 
xmit?
A few things to try before calling Icom.
Mine works OK.
