[Icom] IC2720 Cross band Repeat anyone?

I called Icom and they said to set up 2m on the left and 440 on the right.
Then you simultaneously push the left and right side buttons at the bottom of 
the front panel and them push and hold the Set button for 2 seconds. The two 
L's which would indicate locked functionality both flash. You press the Set 
button for 2 seconds to turn the cross band repeater off.

I operate my 2720 mobile and there are times when I get squelch breaks when 
transmitting on 2m and listening on 440.

I am waiting for the RT Systems programming software to ship. I am going on a 
trip soon and it was a pain to program 132 channels by hand.
