[Icom] ICOM IC-PW1 Problem with 20 meter operation

I have now had this problem twice! ICOM knows all about this problem. It
was traced to a bad relay driver chip that "selects" the appropriate
input filters.  The first time replacement of the chip fixed the problem
for about 6 months.  The second time the chip blew up (literally), but
this time the diodes across the relay coils for 20 and 30 meters were
both bad as well.
