[Icom] PW1 problem

Wayne:

The first thing I would suspect is the 20 Mtr. Band 'Harmonic Filter'
(Inductor, Capacitor, or Relay failure).  Generally it is easy to
troubleshoot a Harmonic Filter, you may even see damage.  If this is the
problem, I hope the PC Board isn't damaged.
