[Icom] Noise Blanker Adjustment, 756 PRO

Jim, I am not sure if it is a "level" adjustment, but there are two coils
and one pot to adjust according to the PRO service manual. They are L271,
L272, and R271.
I am not familiar with the circuit in detail, but I doubt that these
adjustments have much effect on the level at which blanking begins. The
procedure is on pages 4-6 and 4-7 of the service manual.
