[Icom] Frozen Send relay - 756

I realize that...I was just correcting the information sent in the below
message.

"It states clearly "inside" the manual that the limit on the keying relay
is; 16 vdc @ 0.2A = 200ma."

It would be nice if it did state that clearly, but it doesn't, so even if
some people read there manual, they are mis-led by Icom, although it is a
pretty well known issue.
