[Icom] Frozen Send relay - 756

I know we have had a lot of replies on this subject, but Gareth you might
try the Armstrong method. My 756 Pro did the same thing well using an
amplifier without a relay. I was ready to sent it in as it was still under
warranty when I decided to just try dropping about 2 inches on to my desk.
It did the trick and I then installed the external Yaesu relay (FRB-757).
The Alpha 99 and the 756 Pro have been working flawlessly since. 73, Terry
