[Icom] Frozen Send relay - 756

It's fairly common knowledge that a keying interface must be used between
most Icom transceivers and most non solid state amplifiers. Be sure to use
one after you get the relay repaired/replaced. The contacts are probably
welded. Ameritron makes one, they are also available on eBay...Yaesu also
makes one...they run from $30 to $50 and will solve the problem of welding
the relay.
