I honestly cant say for sure if the TS-570 is better than the FT-920. My
opinion is that my 920 is a very good radio, not a great radio. I've heard
reports that within the same price range the ICOM 746 is a very good radio.
It also sports 6m which someday I hope to use again. But that is another
very long story not suitable for discussion here.
What more can I say. Now if I had a choice, I'd probably go for a FT-1K
MP Mark V as my next upgrade. I'd have to check that out. As I said
before, I get everything I need out of the 920.

you know kurt i think im going to put my ts-570 up for sale and get a new
920 back in the shack.do you think im spinning my wheels or its an
improvement.i never did a side by side but i just love that rig.what do you
