Marty... the attitude of some is that if you do not have just what
they have, then you don't have. The rest of us may as well stick
to CW. Funny thing though, I too went 1x1 with the earlier 756
and decided to keep what I have. But there again, I also have a
26 year old jeep and see no reason to spend $20k or more just to
say I have "the best". Next thing you know, my IC-2KL will be
obsolete too. <grin> As you plainly see, there are advantages to
all of them. It is a matter of what fit your needs.
Wish I could afford to own one of everything. (heh heh heh...)
The problem is, Icom charges too much! Never got to play with
a 920... sounds nice.
