[Icom] IC-706MKiiG vs. FT-100D

Yaesu/Vertex is having is having reliability/quaulity control problems 
particularly with the MkV and 100D. You might want to go to www.eham.net 
  and read some of the reviews from users. The 100d is probably a better 
radio when it works.
