[Icom] PIEXX ICOMPROM board vs Willco Electronics No-Fail Memory

I installed a Willco board into my 751 soon after it was available. It
was a very easy exchange and it has been trouble free. The instructions
are very complete.
There is an additional feature that I don't usually hear mentioned. The
board provides the capability to expand the number of memory channels from
32 to 1024. This requires a bit more work and it is not necessary to add
this capability - I chose not to.
