[Icom] Pointers on getting through firewall?

There is a picture in a recent QST magazine that illustrates the peril of
drilling without looking into ones automobile structure. The entire dash had
to be removed when the ham owner of the car drilled into the under dash air
conditioning evaporator structure. I believe the caption stated that just
the new parts were $900 American. The Lord only knows what the labor ran.
