[Icom] Pointers on getting through firewall?

You will find the battery in the trunk of the Lincoln LS (and perhaps the
TBird and Jag S line). They didn't do this for Hams. It makes the weight
distribution nearly optimum but it sure is handy for a ham. Maybe this is
a wave of the future.
