[Icom] 756PRO II Meter Failure

My problem is the  meter works in ALC and Comp but does not display in PO or
SWR. Also when you hold the meter button in to get the digital display of
the meter, the only response is the ALC. Also the Transmitter appears to be
putting out 150Watts. Turning the RF Power all the way down the external
watt meter show 100 watts.

The unit has never been opened so it appears that the output regulator has
failed and taken out the SWR/PO detector. Does this sound correct.
