[Icom] 746 and MC 60?

Kenwood microphones tend to not have enough output to drive most Icoms.  The
746 has more gain in its mic preamp then the older Icoms, but I would still
think you'd be better off with an Icom mic.  I do have an MFJ 297 which
seems to work quite well with my Pro.  I normally use an SM-20.  And most
people can't tell the difference between the MFJ and the Icom mics.  The MFJ
297 goes for $69 and $15 for a cable to match the Icoms.
