Why did you reply to Manny this way??
If you had read the message, you would have seen that the radio they 
replaced his defective one with was an earlier serial number.

Don't know about you, but I wonder if they sent him a rebuilt or repair
in exchange for his new radio. The serial number is some 230 units
earlier.
I think this would send up a red flag to me also.
