[Icom] New IC-756Pro Problem

I had a Yaseu switchingpower supply with my 756P.  It put spikes in 160 and 
at time in 80.  So I dug out the Astron RS-20M which I used on the 
735.   It has been working nicely for the last year with no complaints.
